It feels like a lot has happened in the last few months, but I think a lot more will happen in the next few months in comparison. Since Christmas we have taken Rogue out to adult classes, had some great news from the Northern Birman Cat Club and Rogue has had her first call.
I will update on the Northern Birman CC news following the AGM. I don't want to confirm 2010 titles that I may have misheard or misunderstood but it is fantastic news either way.
Rogue has only attended two classes as an adult so far. With both being before she was 10 months old and the youngest in both classes, I am thrilled with how she did! The largest "complaint" about Rogue is that she is still young and waiting a growth spurt. So she will be taking up maternal duties before trying again either later this year or in the new year.
This moves onto the next bit of news. Rogue finished calling on Thursday morning after ten days of calling non-stop. We hope to take Rogue to stud on her next call and have chosen a beautiful suitor.
In the interim, we will be taking our neuters to a show each and are very excited about the changes to the GCCF show classes. Fingers crossed as we hope to get a second grand certificate for Freya and the first grand certificate for Dante.
