A large solid well built seal brown tabby male who was not quite a year and a half but with good physique and well boned strong legs. He had a broad head that was rounded and had medium size ears that were placed well apart. The eyes were large and almost round in shape, and had pale spectacles around excellent deep blue eye colour and lovely expression. The muzzle was broad and had tabby spotting. Well rounded cheeks of good width gave his face good facial balance. The nose was of medium length and had a slight dip at the nasal bridge with a pink nose leather edged with seal brown. The bite was level and he had a slightly tapering chin. The coat was long, very soft and dense with an excellent ruff present framing his face. The body was a beige colour and was shady over his back. The tail was in good proportion to the body length and was fully furnished and bushy. The points were well marked with rich seal brown tabby pattern and were well matching on the mask, ears and tail and with good barring on the legs. The tabby lines were very clear over the mask which was covering the face fully and was diamond shaped. After all this examination he got a little fed up with us so that it was hard to see the underside of his gloves but the upper surface of the gloves appeared to be level and he had good socks although we did not manage to see his gauntlets clearly but gave him the benefit of doubt.
